New build not posting or no signal (newbie:)

Hi I have been away from pc's for a while and during lockdown i have decided to build myself a budget gaming pc after getting into a few games. here is what i have built so far:

Gigabyte B550M AORUS ELITE Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte AORUS RGB 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Crucial MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory
Thermaltake Smart RGB 230V 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Fractal Design Focus G Mini MicroATX Mini Tower Case

tonight i tried to fire it up and install a operating system, but i can't get a signal on either the HDMI or DVI port? i was under the impression that the motherboard had onboard graphics?

any help would be greatly received

i am no expert but am pretty sure that the mb has no onboard graphics, nor does the cpu that you bought, i have the same cpu. Now the ryzen 3 3200g has for example and the ryzen 5 2400g

Graphics is intergrated into the cpu the 3600 doesnt have it .

You need a graphics card.
