New build not stable

Just finished building a c2d system but it is constantly blue screening. I have run memtest on the individual sticks of ram and have the following results.

Memory is Ballistix DDR2 PC2-8500
Motherboard is Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS

Stick 1 - Slot 1
Boots @ 800 but errors within seconds
doesnt boot at 1066 / 1000 and no post error code

Stick 1 - Slot 2
memtest stable at 1000mhz but not 1066mhz

Stick 2 - Slot 1
Errors at 800mhz within seconds

Stick 2 - Slot 2
Errors at 1000mhz within seconds

I have manually set the timings to 5-5-5-15 and the voltage as 2.2 and also tried 2.25 but it makes no difference.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

What error does it give on the blue screen.

GPU is plugged into the PSU if required?

The GPU is plugged in and the fan works. Ill try to get a picture of a blue screen but at the moment windows refuses to boot at all.

These are the errors i get when trying to boot into vista, I also had an error which said MEMORY_MANAGEMENT but i couldnt get a photo in time.

it sounds like a mobo failure the asus memory slots are really bad latley
