New Build Not Working Help Me

Well my Shuttle is on RMA, Shuttle support confirmed that both the processor and memory should be supported OK.

Having looked back in these forums there is this thread:

Which shows 2 different motherboards in these Shuttles. The one I received which would not POST was the one shown as the older model.

Did you guys get a resolution to this problem? I am having the same issues with the bundle from OC.

RMA'd mine too....mine also was the older version. Got to wait for them to test it aswell as I had no way of testing any of my hardware with other ones.

Thanks for the info Neil,

I am sending mine back and getting a refund as they cannot guarantee that any replacement they send will have the new BIOS or motherboard.

Unfortunate as I now have to find a solution before Christmas.
