New build not working properly

Hi all

I have built a (almost all) new system, See sig. and everything is working fine except I keep getting this occurrence..

When gaming (MW2, Dirt 3) I get random lines flash about, Thin lines across the screen, top, bottom, middle etc. I took a photo of 1 to try and help identify this problem. Although not very clear I will post it.

Sometimes, Infact most of the time this doesnt happen, PC has been up and running about 2 weeks and its happened about 5-6 times.

When it has happened I exit the game and it does it when I'm in Windows, When I move a window or do something it will happen for a splitt second then stop, Untill I reboot then its gone altogether.

CPU temp under load - 65c (prime95), (55-58c gaming)
GPU temp maxes around 64-68C.

I have tried different power cables on my 6970, Re-inserted it. Turned vsync off.
Could this be a driver issue? I'm on the latest, W7 x64.

As you know it's really difficult to identify exactly what that is from the photo. However, is it possible it's a monitor issue? Is it the same monitor you used before?

Yeah its the same Monitor, PSU, SATA's from before. It's a lot of lines flickering quickly for a seocnd or so then at bottom etc, I thought it was video card but its brand new? Performance isnt affected at all.
I have just noticed that AMD have released a hotfix which has a fix that.. Resolves intermittent flickering issues seen in the following applications in a system using an AMD Radeon™ HD 6000 series graphics card with DDR3 memory

I've installed this and gonna give it a go.
 
IMO any flickering that appears on screen is either monitor or GPU based issues.

Temps look fine. Only other thing could potentially be a driver issue.

Maybe install the drivers again ??
 
Update:

After installing the Hotfix from ATI, The flickering lines are no more but, When gaming specifically dx9 games (MW2) after an hour or 2 I get a completely grey screen and sound stops for about 3 seconds and then its fine..
7-8 minutes later it will do it again, Just a grey screen and no sound for 4-5 secs then strait back to game and its fine.

Then, Just today after 1 of its 'grey screen' episodes, some of the colours and stuff in the game went wrong, For example this picture:

The wall's shouldn't be Blue and there shouldn't be 2 lines going across the screen..

Should I be sending my new 6970 back for a replacement?
