New build or rebuild

Right people.

Currently have a Dell XPS420 that I inherited from a friend whom decided to build their own system.

I've made a few modifications and upgrades too it detailed below within the spec.

Q6600 overclocked to 3.0ghz via tap mod
4gig Corsair XMS2 ram
GTX 260 graphics card
Corsair 750 modular PSU
OCZ SSD drive
Samsung 1tb drive. I've changed the stock cooler and added additional side fans and exhaust fans.

After christmas I should have approx £300 to spend, shall I buy a new gen motherboard, processor, ram and case and carry over the Drives, PSU and graphics card or buy a new case and 775 socket motherboard, overclock further and buy a newer card.

Best idea would be to come back when you can spend the money, as new deals will be on and possibly new hardware out etc... So it's hard to know in advance

Well, I could spend the money now, Just that stuff is usually cheaper after the christmas window.
