After posting in the case central section earlier this week,

I'm now in two minds to just do a fresh build now with any parts that are worth keeping from my current pc,
Due guys think I can future proof my current rig much as well as put it in a smaller case or should I scrap and rebuild altogether?

I Want it to be able to play latest games so I know I will need at least a new gpu,
Problem is if I can I don't want to pour tons of cash into it, but I'm open to ideas,
know you guys are spot on when it comes to building :)

need it to fit in a smaller case which is top on the list due to the location of where my pc has got to go now due to the Mrs!

Any pointers guys?

I know I just went out was thinking about what I wrote then thought "@' didn't spec my current rig lol

All you need is a new GPU to be honest. Your PSU is made by Seasonic so should be fine and certainly has enough juice.

If you're gaming at 1080p then either a GTX 970 or R9 390 would be a considerable upgrade.

Oh, and get a SSD drive if you don't already have one :)

The 3570K is still a good CPU.

Find yourself a Z77 ITX motherboard, an ITX case like the Cougar QBX or Silverstone, a new GPU like the GTX 970 or Radeon R9 390, and you're done. Add a SSD if you don't have one.

I've got one already just for Windows but need to get a bigger size, and got plenty of storage also a nas, so that's not a problem.
I haven't clocked my cpu since buying it from new either so I suppose I could clock that a bit, also reason I posted was due to the size of my case, what brought me to the idea of upgrading or a new build.
Thanks just see that pointers on a good case also have you got some links for them cards and which is the best
