New build or upgrading help please!

Hello. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a PC from Alien ware that's about 3 years old and it's getting on a bit and laggin and the GPU's are broken. The current specs are

Motherboard - Dell 4VWF2 Alienware Aurora Alx Board
CPU - Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
Ram - 3 x 2gb Kingston 1rx8 pc3 10600u-9-10-a0 1333MHz
OS - Windows 7

I have a £600 budget to either upgrade it or rebuild it.

I would keep the 1000w PSU, Optical Drive, 1Tb hard drive and Case

Any suggested graphics cards would need to support 2 Screens and I'd like to have an SSD for windows.

Any help would be appreciated.

Although personally I'd stretch to get an MSI 4GB card and a Samsung Evo 120GB SSD. If budget was strict then I'd go for the above. Weekly offers change tomorrow.

I have come up with the spec below, I was half in mind for you to keep the 920 but, I am not sure of your board can overclock and what socket 1366 boards are still out there.

I have done a complete build, you need to check the cooler size as it may not fit in your case - talking of the case can it handle a full size ATX board? as the the pics show your board as M-ATX.
