Hi all,

Hoping someone might have some ideas on what could be the issue. I have a new build that I stuck together myself and it had been working for just over 2 months with no issues at all. Went to turn on the other day and nothing. Motherboard lights flash briefly when powered up, CPU & dram for less than a second, then does nothing. No video output via on board or dedicated card, no usb power but fans spin up. I played about with it for a whole, reseated ram, tried one stick at a time, removed GPU and unplugged everything that wasn't needed, reseated CPU. Then removed the CMOS and reset the mb, did the trick, booted up seemed kinda slow but the thought I'll do a clean reboot and it was fine. Powered down as I didn't need to use it at the time, came back and back to square on, no response at all. I've checked the PSU and voltages are fine checked pins on CPU socket and all seems fine, can't see any reasons that it might short. Any ideas/help would be appreciated. Below is my rig details ;
CPU Intel Core i5-7600K 3.80GHz (Kaby Lake) Socket LGA1151
Ram Kingston Fury Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-21300C15 2666MHz Dual Channel Kit (HX426C15FBK2/16)
Motherboard Asus Prime Z270-A Intel Z270 (Socket 1151) DDR4
SSD Samsung 500GB 850 EVO SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gbps 32 Layer 3D V-NAND Solid State Drive
PSU Corsair CS750M 750W Semi-Modular 80+ GOLD Certified Power Supply (CP-9020078-UK)

#edit should also mention i have an internal speaker coming tomorrow to see if there is any beep codes
