My son purchased a new build pc and he cannot get on the internet.
The Ethernet was taken out of a working pc and plugged in the new one.
It’s a Windows 10 pc and after running the troubleshooter it reads: Ethernet doesn’t have a valid ip configuration.
I’ve already downloaded the lan drivers off of the Asus website but no change.
As I said it’s a new build and the seller has blanked is not replying to emails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
