I am changing the PSU to Super Flower Golden Green HX 550W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply
Does it look ok ? ( its just over my budget)
 
Do you really need that optical drive? Might have an old one in the basement :P

And what about Windows 10? Don't you have any old OS? You could even upgrade Windows 7 for free.

Personally I would add another 8 GB of RAM. But that's just me. Depends what you mostly use your PC for.
 
Mostly Gaming and a a half way house for photos from my bridge camera. I dont manipulate them or Photoshop etc. This pc is still windows xp and though both kids have had windows 7 laptops, buggered if I can find any discs. Would 16 gig ram be better for gaming? Want to play Elite, Ufo Witcher III and stuff like No Mans Sky.
