I picked up my project yesterday from oc and started building today but i seem to have a problem. Got the build 90% done and tried to fire it up but only thing im getting is the power button lighting up on the board and the clear cmos lighting up on the rear panel. The little panel with the number on the mobo isnt lighting up at all, no fan or psu fan.

Ive stripped everything back to just the bundle with a fan plugged into the cpu board plug. Not really sure whatelse to try have tried it with just the Power switch from the case plugged in, the psu is a new tx650 corsair. Whats my next step please. Ive built pc's before and dont normally have a problem but this is slightly different as its a pre clocked bundle.

Bundle is http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-031-OE&groupid=43&catid=339&subcat=

Did ring oc support but after 20mins in the queue my house phone died, so doubting i will be able to contact them before next week.

You checked that 4pin,24pin e.t.c is in? You could also try removing cmos battery then trying again.

Yeah checked the 24 pin and the 8 pin i think it is there both find and secure, as for removing the battery will that not wipe the overclock that oc did before it was picked up yesterday.

Have just test my psu in another pc that at least seems to be fine. Ive tried the front header power lead both ways round as i wondered if it might be that but no change. Stumped thinking either unstable Oc to the point where my psu wont boot it or something is dead in thebundle somewhere.

Could it be something else im missing.

Random babble to myself, could it be that the overclock was done with a better/more powerful psu. Then when i try running it with a TX650 corsair it doesnt have enough volt ? Making it not even want to start up, even tho those 2 lights are on.

The memory was already in the board, checked the manual seems its in the right slots. Posted in the customers section about 30mins ago figured someone will see it. Any other ideas, because im sorta out of them, more i think about it i think it must be a bios setting or the board is poorly.
