new build problem

Just purchased a new build from here spec:

gigabyte udh2
i3
4gb corsair dominator ddr3
antec 300
corsair 400 watt psu

Went to install windows xp home got through all the setup to the part where it starts up to boot into windows and start the registration / activation part and it just keeps resetting at the windows post screen and saying encountered error click any button to continue with the 30 second timer as if i had just turned it off without shutting down.

Just going through the whole process again to make sure windows install properly any other suggestions what it could be?

Can you try a diferent Hard Drive.

Edit, & one stick of ram at a time.

Agreed, this sounds like a possible RAM issue. Try it with just one stick, if it works put in the other, if it fails try with just the other stick - if That fails you will have to RMA.
