New Build Problem

Hey everyone I finally got my new build (will post pics later) But im currently having problems with the ASROCK extreme 4 board.
Im using XMS3 1600 ddr3 ram (8 gig 2x4gig cards)
i7 2600k
msi twin frozr iii 6950
corsair 750m psu
thermalright silver arrow
& 160gig intel 320 ssd
Thats all i have plugged in at the moment and i get error code 45.
Does this need to RMA'd?

Have you got the 8pin plugged in next to the CPU?

Whats the machine doing? any fan movement?

What slot have you got the 6950 in? try the onboard outputs without the card in.

Have you put BOTH power connectors into the 6950?

Yeah I have - Yeah all fans are moving working fine.
I took out the ram (slots 1 & 3) and just put one in 3 now i get error A3
Both power connectors are in the 6950 - Its in the top PCI port

EDIT----
Took out GPU - Ram back into slots 1,3 error code A3.

2nd Edit----
Can get into bios then after a little bit i get error A6 and the screen goes all crackled
