New build problem

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of building a new PC.

I have all the components in place and it powers up, the problem is my optical drive opens but doesnt detect any dics - I need it to install a fresh copy of windows.

Any ideas?

SATA cable connected at both ends to the board and drive?

Is it visible in the BIOS?

Was a problem with connection to PSU apparently..
