building went smooth and it posted first time and installed win7 fine. Although im having a few problems. Can any1 tell me why the system seems to be way under clocked. here few screenshots. let me know if you need any other screenshots.

ive a C300 ssd and a Samsung F3. Win 7 is installed onto the ssd and its using the sata 3 port. You can see the F3 in bios but when you look for drive in my computer its not there.

Any ideas? Anything you want me to install to check and find out let me know ;)

The CPU speed shown will be it throttling down when the power is not needed. This is normal unless you turn it off in the BIOS.

Same goes for the graphics card will will turn the speeds down when idle to reduce power draw and heat.

With the HD not showing have you installed all the mobo drivers? Also have a looking in device manager for any yellow "?". Disk management will also give you info on what the HD is up to.

yea i have installed all board drivers from the disk. Ive checked device manager and there is nothing with yellow "!" I also cant switch to my recommended resolution (1920x1080) because the icons are half outside the edge of the screen and the colour is bad. Ive installd the latest drivers from nvidia site and the version before that, not only does it fail to fix my res problem but it wrecks my sound aswell.

:(

thanks for that link RJC i understand it now :)

You need to go into disk management (somewhere in control panel, administrator tools if I recall) to enable the extra drive, give it a letter, format it etc.

Video drivers look fubared! Try full removal and reinstall.

Run something like prime and watch those clocks jump up to full speed.
