New Build - Questions Plz Help

Well finally after 4 years I have built my new PC - I wonder how long this one lasts

The components:-

Corsair 550D Case
Corsair 850AX PSU
GByte GA-Z77X-UD3H Z77 MoBo
Intel Core i5 3570K
GByte Windforce GTX670 Video Card
8gig Corsair Vengance Low Prof memory
180GB Intel 330 Series SSD
24" BenQ XL2420T


Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
2 * Noctua NF-P14 FLX (replace 1 rear fan and new lower fan)
2 * Noctua NF-P12 PWM (replaced 2 front fans in case)

Hopefully one of you guys can help me:-

Questions so far

1. The case fans are all running at 1200RPM and sounds very loud - I bought these Noctua fans to be quiet.... How do I quiet these fans? Can I do it in the bios? Or do i have to use the supplied cable to limit speed?

2. Bios settings - Soooo many new options in there? Anyone got any ideas the best bios settings for this mobo before I install windows 7? Or can I just leave as default? I will OC in a week or so when my system is up and running stable.

3. Lucid MVP - do I need this with my 670GTX? What is the right procedure to use this?

4. Any other top tips would be appreciated....

1) The PWM fans can be controlled by the BIOS, the others use the supplied cables to reduce the voltage.

2) Set the RAM XMP profile to correct sort the RAM timings+speed, the SATA controllers should already be set to AHCI

4) Remember to run the windows experience index to disable disk defrag on the SSD, download the latest drivers.
