New Build Rebooting With No Post

Hello people,

New build consists of;

i7 6700k CPU
Gigabyte GA-Z170 mb
16gb (4x4gb) ddr4 vengeance ram
Hyper 212 evo cooler
Corsair 750w PSU
HD 5800 gfx card (from old build)

Everything is installed and connected, after powering on it starts to boot but after 12 seconds or so it shuts down. After another 5 seconds or so it starts over again.

When this is happening there is nothing going to the screen. I've even connected the monitor to the connector on the mobo.

I've taken everything out of the case and rebuilt it with the same results.

Anyone have an idea of what it could be??

I'm thinking the motherboard might be faulty, but before I RMA it I'd like to check other things.

I've also tried taking the ram out with same results.

This should be in General Hardware.

Have you tried it without the GPU and only one stick of RAM?

I took the gfx card out and it's working. Installing windows now
