New Build-sandy bridge any suggestions?

actually if you look at current reviews ASrock are getting good press, good products and a good price. dust off your diplomacy hat and eat some humble pie, its not the company it used to be....

exactly, the take over by ASUS has dragged them kicking into manufacturing quality products, with good support.

lucky they are owned by ASUS now then isn't it.

yeah and I remember plenty of Asus NB fans going boobies-up too, one of them was mine and the support was terrible. I have bought Gigabyte since (bar one ASrock which is pap) and never had a problem.
They may well have changed, maybe I'm just stubborn, but when I search all I get is complaints and poor reviews.

would you like my spec in a more visual form?

as i said will only use that cheap monitor for few months then i will buy decent monitor 3d led at least 24 inch good brand and nvidia 3d vision

I don't understand this tbh. You have a £1670 budget - you can clearly afford a 3D vision system right now - it will just require some adjustments to your spec.

The first place I would start is to change the i7 2600K to a i5 2500K. In games, this CPU is just as good as the i7, especially when performance is heavily limited by the graphics card in 3D vision games.

How does this spec look?

The HDD is only a slow version of the F3 - but it is still a good drive (500GB platters), so as a secondary drive it should be fine.

Also, I went for a 850W PSU, but according to this then 850W will be plenty for even a GTX 580 SLI + i7 system.

Thats fair enough - I do this too. Just make sure you don't compromise on other key components to afford the better warranty. To afford it I would either raise the budget or don't buy the stuff you don't need yet ( like the CPU cooler or mouse mat) and get them at a later date.

Sorry man, you got caught out by the LED jargon. LED monitors are LCD monitors - "LED" just refers to the backlight.

Also LED monitors they are not comparable to LED TVs, since many of these TVs have "Full Array" LED backlights - which means there is a bank of LEDs behind the LCD panel of the TV - which allows for local dimming of the LEDs in the area where the screen is meant to be darkest. This allows for really nice true contrast ratios and black levels.

In comparison, all modern LED LCD PC monitors use the cheaper "edge-lit" LED backlighting, which does not offer the image quality benefits which "full array" LED backlights provide. There really isn't any image quality benefits going with edge-lit LED backlight monitors vs CCFL backit monitors - just go for the monitor with the best panel. This review shows that the ASUS I chose is really a nice but of kit, the CCFL backlight doesn't really drag it down.

Yes You are right:) i need to think about this once again, i was thinking it will be the better option to go for a cheap monitor then after few months replace it with decent one, im not sure if i want to go for cheaper procesor and memory to get better monitor, one i picked is only 100 pound so even after 2 months could sale it on ebay for 50 quid but if i go for cheaper processor and memory i will not be able to replace both, and also if i go for 2x2gb memory it will be a waste o money and slots on the motherboard to get 2x4gb then maybe ater 2 years another 8 gb

Aye, but purely in terms of gaming - what performance benefits will the more expensive RAM and processor options give you?

If you truly feel the need for 8GB of RAM, then I would strongly suggest going for this kit.
