10fps on cod4 with those specs is not right. I'm currently using a 9600gt at 1920*1080 with everything maxed out. Usually runs between 60-90fps.

Maybe post a screenie of gpuz. It could be your pcie bus is running at x1?

GPUz looks fine.
Your cpu seems to be on 800mhz, can you check it goes full speed on gaming?
