Hi I've not built a PC for a long while and as I no longer have a desk (thanks kids) i need a SFF setup. Also this has to impress the wife as it replaces an old 2010 21.5" Imac so well you know what I mean :) I need it to play Bf3 at 1080p > 50 fps and turn on quickly from standby (Windows 8) for the wife.

Edit - forgot the GF 660 card but I may add that later to spread the cost ;)

Thanks a lot looks good. Any reason for the ATI card over a Nvidia?

Also do you know what the sound levels are like for general browsing?

Sorry for not explaining myself..

The 7870XT is basically an underclocked 7950, and for under £200 and Bargain. A good 50% better than the 660.

3570k, because of higher re-sale value than the non-K

M4 SSD are a lot more reliable than the Corsairs due to driver choice. Updating the firmware on the SSD will increase it's speed.

Found you a great value 23" Monitor. :)

You don't need 2133Mhz RAM, you wont see a difference between that and the 1600Mhz RAM.

Not personally but the main sounds youll be hearing the is GPU fans (running at 40) which are very quiet and the CPU Fan which can be loud..

Wow that's great thanks again :) It's that kind of info that makes my life easier as I'm way behind the times :(

Time to load up the basket.....
