Hello everyone, I thought I'd see what you guys would think of the spec I've put together. It has been a few years since I've built a pc, currently running with an R9 390 and managing to play divinity OS 2 at 4k, but it crashes a lot and sometimes runs fine, but is overall not great. I really want something that will run BG3 at 4k, not bothered about going over 60FPS, but if it could manage that I'd be happy and hopefully it will keep me going for a while. Anyway, here's the spec sheet.

Windows 11 Home 64
I7 12700K
coolermaster H412R cooler
MSI B760 wifi motherboard
WD Black SN770 1TB ssd (boot drive)
corsair RM750e PSU
Corsair 32gb ddr5 6000mhz (2x16) ram
Corsair 4000D case
gigabyte 4060ti GPU
crucial p5 plus 2tb 2280ss ssd x2 (storage)

Any input would be massively appreciated as I'm well out of touch with whats good and I've just put this list together, but am all ears for any improvements. Ideally if I could save a bit of cash that would be great too.

Thanks!

From a brief look at TPU's BG3 results and Gamers Nexus (on YouTube), to play @ 4K, I'd really try to get a 7800 XT, 4070 or 4070 Super.

If that meant you needed to downgrade the 12700K to a 12600K and lose one of the P5 Plus drives, then I'd still recommend it.

The cooler: I'd swap that for a peerless assassin.

Thanks for your response. I’ll price up that change. Much appreciated.
FYI: If you didn't see them:

Thanks for those. I’ve realised if I reuse my old psu I can save some money and then put a bit more towards the gpu and get the 4700. It costs more but I don’t tend to rebuild my computer that often so it would be good to get something powerful now to last for a while.

I’m running an r9 390 at the moment which is getting on for 10 years old so a new setup will probably feel pretty good at this point.
