Please help spec components for a stable server to run windows 2003 and serve up to 4 client PCS and an application.
This is the requirements from the vendor for the application we need to run.
Budget is around £450, can stretch to £550.

RAM:- Minimum 1024 MB 2048 recommended for SQL
Hard Disk:- Minimum 36 GByte SAS or SCSI in RAID 1 configuration

Network Connectivity:- Gigabit or Fast Ethernet
Serial Connections:- 1 per receiver
Parallel Port :- May be required for printer (most are USB or Ethernet)
