New build spec ideas?

Hi,

I am looking to build a PC over the next couple of weeks. My budget isn't huge, around £500. For this I would ideally like i5, usb 3.0 and a decent graphics card potentially with 3D capabilities. Am I being too tight in the budget department for the requirements?!
