Is there a specific reason for chosing AMD at the moment? a nice q6600 would make more sense to me.

I have always had AMD, and i just have somehting against Intel...i dont know why

Fair enough, I would also personally go for a Corsair 520W instead of that Tagan, but otherwise looks pretty sound really.

Intel would be better but if you insist on AMD... that would be ok. You may not need the sound card as most motherboards now come with really good standard of Onboard sound (which is usually 7.1 sound anyway) You don't need a modular PSU Gettin a normal one would be cheaper.

Dont you know what intel you had in the past, but intel right now are much better.
