Thanks, i have changed CPU to Intel Core i5-2300 2.80GHz (Sandybridge) and ram to 8GB that takes price to £757, wanted to try and keep to uder £700 really so may have to compromise one for time being which would be more beneficial Quad core or more ram?

Is the PSU ok? never used any other brand other than corsair before

No it is not. The Cooler Master GX series' temperature rating is a bit low and has other problems, you would probably be better off getting this:
Be Quiet Pure Power L7 530W 80Plus £43

Or this,
OCZ StealthXStream II 600W 80Plus £48

Maybe you could start off with 4GB to allow you to get the more powerful processor and then add another 4GB to make 8 when you have the money to do so, or if you feel you need to.

I would advise getting this 1TB harddrive to replace the WD CAviar Blue 1TB, as it is one of the fastest 1TB harddrives around and it is cheaper:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB £43

Thanks, i will have a look at them, if it was my PC i would go 8Gb but as i said im trying to stick to a £700 budget.

Want to avoid samsung drives, had 4 of the 500GB ones and 3 failed :(

The i5-2300 is £147.98 and your board is £99.86. That's a lot of money to spend on an i3-2300, which is simply not that great. One recommendation would be to drop the P67 board to an H67, as you won't be overclocking anyway.

Alternatively, you could save yourself £100 by getting a Phenom II X4 840 and a Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H, or save just £40 and get a Phenom II X6 1055T. Either choice would offer a large drop in cash cost for very comparable performance.
