Any guidance on compatibility and better suggestions would be much appreciated. Budget cannot increase - this is already beyond what I was planning.

Its mainly business consulting / architecture. Mainly non resource intensive applications however I do use some enterprise architecture tools which when publishing can generate thousands of web pages.
