Hi
As advised i upgraded to the following spec

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)
Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4

I did not upgrade my nVidia 6800GS Ultra, however I will do when I get the money together in the next few weeks.

My issue is that I am having a few stability issues, nothing major but the system is not as reliable compared to my AMD4200 setup.

I have run several test and everything shows up great.

Could it be that the motherboard does not like the graphics card?
On one occasion the screen just messed up but the mouse was fine.

I have done three fresh installs, and loaded all the correct drivers

Any advice would help

Heres a list of issues

First install of Windows would not reboot when I loaded the latest Nvidia drivers, the system kept crashing (Blue screen for 1 sec) just before the Welcome screen.
Second install of Windows just had problems installing several applications.
Third install seemed fine however as I stated above the screen went all wierd however the mouse was fine, I could not use ctrl,alt,del though.

IE7 beta 3 sometimes crashes on various sites.

Forgot to metion I have a decent power supply and loads of cooling

The guy where i purchased everything from said the timings would be fine.
Any way how do i check my timings the memory i have is Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 and runs at 800 i believe but the processor runs at 1066. Quite confusing but i am sure there is a simple explanation
