New build stuck at Bios.

Recieved all of the parts for my new build yesturday, and spent the evening/this morning assembling everything together. (I have quite a lot of experience of doing this before). Finally everything was plugged in, connected, checked and double checked so the time to boot it up was neigh. I turned my pc on, and it boots to the Bios, hangs for 5-10 seconds then a portion of the screen stretches and scrolls in a loop that is continuous. (see picture below)

Ive been looking around but havent been able to find anyone else with a similar issue, so I thought id see if there is anything obvious that I might have missed.

My system is as follows:

Coolermaster HAF case
EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD 2560MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail
Intel 520 Series 180GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive - Retail
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-GEN3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
XFX 850W XXX Edition Modular '80 Plus Silver' Power Supply
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU)
Zalman CNPS10X Extreme CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/775/1155/1156/1366)
OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

- Really hoping this doesn't mean that one/multiple components are DOA..
Any help would be really appreciated!

Ive just booted it without the GPU (using the onbourd GPU) and the scrolling lines issue now happens at the bottom of the screen, rather than at the top!

Okay, well ive removed the 3 sticks that are accessible (and tried it) and the system still wont boot up (same result as before), so im going to spend the next hour removing the cpu cooler to remove the one thats beneath it, then re-attach the cooler and test it again with each stick. Is there any particular order that the ram sticks need to be inserted?

yeah 16gb, I just found that they where supposed to go in a particular order seeing as they are dual channel, so I have inserted them in the correct order now too (before I remove my cooler) and still, the problem persists. Ive also checked on another monitor. Guess im gunna have to remove it all and check again. Ballbags :D

@Idleman, there doesnt appear to be any memok switch in the manual and I cant find anything on the board.

I have gone through as instructed and tested every stick in the ddr3_1 slot and the problem persists with each stick (using the onboard GPU). Ive tried different monitors, ive disconnected everything from the motherboard and re-attached it and nothing.

Any ideas?

List of things tried so far,

Removed GPU and ran monitor off motherboard's onboard graphics. - Problem Persists, in a different place on the screen.
Removed all psu cables from motherboard and reattached them - problem persists
tried a different monitor - problem persists
removed all RAM sticks, tested each stick in the drr3_1 slot - problem persists
- removed cpu cooler, cleaned/reapplied thermal grease - problem persists

Feels to me like the Motherboard is at fault?

I know its a pain, but you need to check each stick in each slot. This will help to rule out faulty ram or slot. If everything is ok, then we need to look at other possible causes.
Can you run memtest over night.

Its a fairly boring but simple process of elimiation really. Remove and replace one component at a time. All it needs is CPU and RAM to boot, work from there. And like previous post check different ram in all slots in sequence. Boring as hell but its the only way to know where the problem lies.

If it doesnt boot with CPU, onboard GPU and RAM (tested inall slots) the chances are its the MB, although of course could be CPU/RAM but probably less likely.

Given your prvious tesing its likely a problem with MB. Just exhaust all possible outcomes, saves hassle in the RMA process, and idiots telling you to try X/Y/Z when you already have.

Ive sorted it! Its all up and running and is fast as hell!

Ill just give a quick rundown of what the problems were and how I overcame them.
- Problem 1, failure to boot up. This was I believe caused actually by a combination of 2 things. I took the whole pc apart and put it back together again, which probably at least ensured that at least everything was seated properly and the memory was ordered correctly. Also, the connection of a SATA harddrive to the system, which was previous a boot drive that I though I had formatted (and apparently hadnt!). Removing this from the system resolved the issue also.

After this, the system would get past the bios, however it would get stuck at "installing operating system" and sit in a loop trying to find the operating system. This was fixed by flashing the bios with a newer version which fixed that issue no problem.

After this, the system kept trying to get me to move over the ahci mode rather than IDE, which I accepted (and this promptly caused BSOD over and over again. This required reflashing and then disabling the ahci mode in the Bios!

Thanks everyone for their help, I was literally at the end of the my rope today, but Im very very happy with the system now it is up and running. 7.8 on windows experience index, currently running 4.2ghz stable at 32degrees!

Once again, thanks everyone!

If you have installed your OS on your ssd, you should have achi enabled and your other hdd`s disconnected, while installing.
