new build suggestions please

After sorting out both my sons pcs ive decided to take the plunge into pc gaming. I have approx 5-600 to play with. Only need tower and looking for intel cpu and amd for gfx. Oc not important on the cpu side but would be a bonus.

Ideally would like the spec 03 case by corsair but would prefer a nice m/atx or m/itx if possible but really dont like those cases that look like stone age dvd players.

How would the 1st build be playin 1080p?? would i be able to max most games or is that a pipe dream

You won't be maxing out all of the settings and running with decent FPS on games like GTA5 but it should run them "OK".
