Looks alright. What's it being used for? Might be worth looking at the athlon x4 quads... And if you're really thinking of upgrading to fermi then that PSU probably won't handle it, might as well get something capable first off to save cash in the long run.

You might also want to consider the X3 720 too:

If the OP is going for one of the midrange Fermi cards being released in Q2 then it maybe enough but if they are aiming for a GTX470 or GTX480 they should get a more powerful PSU. The OCZ PSU can supply upto 450W and has a pair of 12V rails which can supply 14A and 17A respectively.

sorry i didnt make myself clear ><
the pc will be mainly for gaming and college work, and im waiting for Fermi for the price cuts that should hopefully follow :p

btw is 400watts enough to run the ATI 57XX's?
