New build to utilise existing gpu

Was thinking of an upgrade to my old system (2500k)
Already running a r9280x and was thinking of adding another.

How does this look?

Any suggestions?

Thats lush, only thing I can suggest are the H100i GTX and H110i GT both fit the case and are newer.

There are MSI 280Xs instock too.

Or just grab the 290X on the front page at £229 and sell your 280X.

Or keep you 2500K and overclock it if you have a suitable board? with the new AIO fitted.

You know Skylake+Z170 is due in a couple of months?

Was planning on a mostly new build to donate the old rig to the other halfs kid, he's getting into gaming so was gonna throw the olf 6950 back in to get him a starter rig.

Ok.

So that leaves go 280X/280/280X etc Crossfire, or go for a single card (290X/970 with free games).

Oh and you know about the 5yr warranty and 2for1 offer on the board?

How would this set up handle 3 monitors? Tempted to go down the eyefinity route! or would I be better off waiting for the new VR headsets to come out?

What res monitors? if they are 1080P it will be ok.

Some games you wont be running max settings, but many will be nice.

Monitor atm is a Benq 27" 1080p 120hz refresh, was thing of a couple of 27's with a lower refresh to sit alongside.

So it appears the motherboard in the bundle is out of stock.
An email telling me this would have been nice, I could have chose a replacement.

Thats odd as it says pre-order on the bundle page, yet if you click on it it says 10+ instock.
