Hi I have a new build which was working fine but now turns on and off within seconds

Cmos reset (removing the battery for 10 mins)
checked all power leads etc...
Tested with just motherboard, CPU and HSF (Also tried stock HSF)

Nothing has worked so far

My setup:

i5 4690k w/ be quiet! Shadow Rock TopFlow Quiet
Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150)
Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600MHz 8GB
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 Dual-X 3072MB

Some more details of how does it happen ? Does it completle switches off or just the monitor goes black, is it random? did you installed anything before it started, can you work in safemode ? Random shutoffs are hard to diagnose, if you have 2 ram modules try only one at a time in different slots, also it can be tempreature thing, on CPU maybe the paste is too thick, graphic card has got restricted airflow, does Event viewer show anything ?

What power supply do you have?

All new parts

SuperFlower Golden Green HX 550W

Tested with just motherboard, CPU and HSF (Also tried stock HSF)
Still turns on for about 3 seconds and cycles like this on and off?

All had been working fine tried a light overclock to 4 Ghz and vcore 1.2v hours before so nothing major and everything was fine.

take the cmos battery out, unplug the PC from the mains and leave it for 20 - 30 mins and see that resets the coms and gets it working, re seat the ram and also try with just one stick of ram in if it doesn't boot after this then change it for the other stick and try again

Have you waited? My PSU shuts off after a few seconds on first boot. Then turns back on. It caught me off guard and I thought it was overloading or something was tripping it but it turned out it's just normal behaviour for it.

Have done this but it just cycles on and off.
