New Build under 700

Buy parts and build it yourself, i was worried about building my rig but its not hard at all there's a few good videos out there as aswel if you need help ill try and find the link to the video i watched before building mine, think mine came to around the £550 mark (buying parts when there on offer) and im more than happy with it, runs every game ive thrown at it on high/ultra settings.
 
No problem. It's far more rewarding to build it yourself too.

If you can go to £750, the first spec I posted is a good choice, though I'd switch the PSU. Do you need an OS? If not, it can be improved.

or
Dragon Army Z77" Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz Quad Core Overclocked Bundle

then add SSD, Graphics card, PSU, optical drive and Tower and possibly a second HDD?
