New build, unsure if a cpu contact frame is required or helps?

Hi,

Recently came across the highly rated thermalright secure cpu contact frames for AM5 (unsure if other brands are as highly rated). Got a new build to be built sunday or monday coming (9800x3d, MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk, MSI MAG CoreLiquid I360 AIO Liquid Cooler, other stuff..).

Is this contact frame compatible with my liquid cooler? Is it useful/beneficial to buy and install? Any downsides? I'm guessing I dont need it, but given it doesnt cost that much, is it worth installing?

You don't require a contact frame with AM5, they're more useful for 1700 due to the warping issues.
