new build warranty questions

So having just built my new rig i thought i should ask what i need to do re all the individual warranties?

Are they just tied to the receipt so keep that handy or would i need to register the products with serial numbers etc?

Am sure there are some variations between products but in general which ones require registering individual products instead of just keeping the receipt?

i had to register my GPU with EVGA now they have my details / purchase date / reciept all on file so if i ever need to RMA no hassle will be had
