Plays Project Cars Amazingly on Ultra and still enough left in it to keep Switching to Desktop.

I`m Blown away especially as this is my 1st Intel Chipset Ever!!

Yeah the Fan is Beneath it as per Install Instructions.
Fitted with the Stock Corsair Fan that came with the H40

Previous Temps in the Old case were around 30 Degrees Idle.

Now at 24 as I type this message

You might want to rethink its placement.

If you have those four fans at the front blowing in.

Then have the fan on the rad on the other side blowing through the rad and out the rear so air flow is front to back?

Yeah air pulls through Front of case and out of Rear Through the Rad
