Hi guys well all my bits turned up yesterday (reliable as ever ocuk).
I decided to go for a intel i7 rig(i7 920) with a gtx295 6gb 1600mhz ram antec 1200, i had psu hard drives and cd drive already. onlt using stock heatsink atm that will change soon though. This was only my 2nd build and im not very familiar with bios and these seem like there is a lot settings to oc the cpu. So i think my motherboard choice could have been better there are so many options in there. Any ways here a few pics of the build. excuse the cable management as i said only my 2nd build.

Great set-up, i was interested in getting the exact same set except with a Corsair CPU/RAM. i already have the case so that's £110 off the price. What kind of temps are you getting on that CPU/GFX on idle/load? Just so i know for the future.

err what program i need to check them? i have not used the temp sensors that came with mobo yet did not know where to place them lol.

great pics mate, the antec case looks like it has plenty of space.

Out of interest does the mobo tray have any mountings to be able to position the mobo a little hgher?

It looks in som eof your pics like theres still room for it to be more up toward the roof of the case. Altho it may just be the angle of the pics.

Anyway will look forward to hearing some feedback for stability etc after a while :)

without looking idk for sure but i think it only goes in one place. i come from the antec 900 and this thing makes that look tiny. the same as the new 1200 makes the gtx295 look tiny :P might have to get another one later on seeing as how much space is in the case.

That would put it out of line with the slots on the rear of the case for rear panel and expansion cards plus it would cover the cable management holes - where its fixed is the only place it can be.

yeah well the plan was to use stock cooler then get a good 1 and oc it ater on but it seems a bit warm so yeah im ordering that cooler. while we are on the subject can u get better fans for the noctua cooler im not keen on the colours of the ones with it

Not sure about the OC, but just make sure you set up your fan to blow the air directly into that exhaust fan at back of the case, you'll have really nice temps, this case has great cooling, mine run around 20C, I would look at trying to tidy up the cables a bit too mate, you'll be happier in the long run. Looks good tho, good job :)

route them all through the bottom opening in the case, right next to the PSU, then bring them back through the window nearest where they need to connect, I can see you've done it with the longer ones, but it'll help to do it with the shorter ones too, even though theyre not going far it looks a lot better if theyre tucked away a bit
Mines not great either (my power cables wont quite stretch round back of cable compartment, thinking of getting a couple of extensions) but gives you idea

1 prob is where ur sata cables go through my mobo covers that hole :( i will try sort it out better though. il do it when i put the new cooler on tuesday night
Does'nt the 1200 make graphics cards look small :P

Yeah it does, lol
Well if using that opening isnt an option you could always just bring them back through the same one, might be a bit tight like, just use a cable tie to hold the excess cable in the compartment
