new build woes

Got a new system recently and having some small problems with the build.

The first problem is in Bad Comapny 2. Some textures and parts of the water randomly start to flash and appear distorted. Sometimes when a new map is loaded everything is just black but I can see the HUD. Will have to reboot to fix it. This only happens with Bad Comapny 2. Screenshots: one two three

The second problem is my mouse cursor will flash, get stuck and sometimes disappear whilst playing games in full screen at resolution 1920x1080. This happens with all games I have. (Bad Company 2, Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, CS Source, COD4, DOD Source)

The third problem is, anytime I move my mouse I can hear a faint beeping noise coming from my computer. I dont have a pc speaker connected internally. Still happens with sound muted.

I am running windows XP 64 bit. My specs are: Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.66Ghz with Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. Iiyama ProLite E2407HDSD 24" 1920x1080 @ 60Hz. Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R. Corsair XMS3 6GB PC3-12800C9. 2 x XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 crossfire. Corsair TX 650W. Seagate Barracuda SATA II 500GB. Razer Copperhead. Logitech UltraX Keyboard. Sony Optiarc SATA II DVDRW. Creative Fatality HS-800. Antec 300 Case.

Any Ideas?

Most likely to be crossfire bugs on 5770's and the current drivers.
My advice would be try as many drivers as you can to see if it fixes it and if it does then you have your answer.

Other than that the only thing I would be looking at is the power supply.
They do recommend around 50A on 12v rail for xfire 5770, whether that is accurate or not I have no idea.
The power supply you have is capable of 52A though so shouldn't be the issue.

However I have seen many complaining of the same graphical corruption as you on the 5 series cards so that leads me to believe it's odds on it's just driver problems at the moment.

Well I installed the drivers from the CD rather than using the most recent drivers from the ATI website. That sorted out the mouse flickering problems. However I am still having issuses with the game textures looking funky and the annoying high tone beeping while I move my mouse. Thanks for the input guys.

Could try the 10.3 beta drivers that was posted somewhere in the GPU section on the forum, can't rember what the topic was called or i would link it you

Will give the Beta drivers a shot later tonight. Also the high pitch tone only happens when im on the desktop, its fine while ingame. The noise seems to be coming from the CPU, very strange.

Just tried each card individually and the problem still happens. On a side note the high pitched tone seems to have gone after replacing the cards. I cant seem to track down the 10.3 beta drivers for XP, so I havent tried them yet.
