New Build wont Boot

Hi guys hope somebody can help just after a new build
built it up and done fresh install of windows 7 all ok until last reboot for final installs but when about to load windows pc just reboots

I tried my old ati 4750 gfx card and was able to boot into windows fine so done all the updates ect then tried the 7750 again but just goes to loading windows then pc rebooting

Asrock 970 extreme 3
amd fx 6100 cpu
Msi HD7750
8gb Kingston HyperX Blu
600w corsair gs600 psu
windows 7 home

Have you tried rebooting into safe mode and installing a different version of the ATI Catalyst drivers? What version of drivers are you currently using?

on the 13.1 atm tho with this 4750 pc randomly rebooting
could the memory be the problem this is the exact mem I am using [BKingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1333C9D3B1K2/8G)[/B]

tryed differant memory also formated again still reboots just before going to windows

bump
was sure we had probs with the motherboard or the memory so sent them back and replaced them with gigabyte 970a ds3 and Avexir Mpower Yellow series pc3-12800c91600mhz dual channel kit

but PC still not wanting to load into windows
never had this kind of problem with a new build before so kind of stuck now
any help be much appreciated

Do you have another system you can test the GPU on?

yes m8 that's the first thing I tried installed in old pc and was stable

swapped PSU and seems to have sorted out the problem

Hi, you seemed to have sorted this but just to say I had exactly the same problem as you and it was the psu - so RMA and then all should be good x
