New build won't boot.

Evening!

I've just built up the spare pc and I had it running yesterday, got windows installed all out of case. This evening I put it into the case, plugged everything in as it should. It powers up but doesn't seem to be supplying enough power to the GFX card to power it. One fan spins but the second doesn't so it won't display anything.

The system is:
Fx-4130
Gigabyte mobo
Corsair 450w psu
AMD Hd7850

I have plugged in the 4pin atx plug on the mobo, PCI-e into the card..

I'm guessing I'm being really blonde here but help? Haha

Double check all connections are tight and all components are firmly in place.

Sometime a BIOS reset might help.

Tried all that, still nothing.

The second fan spins for about 1 second then shuts off :/

I give up for tonight!

Very annoying, if you can is it possible to test components in another system when you get more time tomorrow.

Yeah i can pop it all in my proper computer. I had it working fine yesterday though is what i don't get. Back to braiding my PSU cables!

I'm completely lost. I built it again, out of case and it won't work now.

Any ideas?
