First off all, my english isn't fluent.

Okay, lets start. Today new pc parts arived, whole set: case, hdd, gpu, psu, ram etc. I'v assembled it and it wont post. Fans are spinning LED's lighting too, but nothing happens on monitor, i have left it to sit for about 30min, wheb i came back, cpu heatsink was cold, gpu also. So i don't know whats happening. And i have 1 question, my motherboard have 8pin connection for cpu power, im using athlon x3 445, when i put a 8pin connector, fans dont even start to spin, i haven't tried to put 4pin, would that help?

What are the complete specs of the pc/components? Most motherboards have two power inputs, eg. an 8 pin near the cpu and a 24 pin connector eleswhere on the board. Both need to be connected to the psu.

Y, it has 24pin and 8 pin, with just 24pin to power sopplu it starts, with both-nothing.

Right. Is it this motherboard?

Both the 24 pin and 8 pin power connectors should be connected for it to work and boot up properly. First of all try unplugging everything and replugging it in, check the sockets to make sure there is no dust or debris and ensure you push the connectors firmly all the way in. The motherboard power connectors are sometimes tricky and need a firm hand.

Try booting with only one of the memory dimms occupied. ie only 2GB. Remember if installing both memory slots to install them in the same colour memory slots, ie both in blue or both in white.

Install only the bare minimum initially, ie one hard drive, one memory module.

Are both the graphics card pci e power connectors in?

Yes, but i am using the 6+2pin connectors. I mean i insert just 6pin, 2 pin are left hanging. There were no 6pin power connectors with PSU.

That's fine, as long as both are plugged in? Does the graphics card fans spin at all?

Have you tired all the memory slots with a single memory module?

edit; Looks like that power supply comes with a single 6+2 pin pci-e power AND single 6 pin connecter. The GTX 460 needs to have both the two 6 pin pci-e connectors for it to work.
