Hi,

i bought all the components and believe everything is installed correctly.

the first time i have turned it on, it started, all fans spinning including the pump, then after about5-10 seconds it restarts. once it restarts it stays on for much longer although i have had it restart again.

the motherboard is showing 03 for the debug lights.

i have tried removing and using both sticks of ram individually.

its a real pain working in this case, especially with the h80i... my bad there, so im loathe to take it all apart yet.

the cpu is secure. As are the 2 power cables connecting to the MB

msi z97m
superflower 750w
gtx780ti
16gb corsair vengence

any help is MUCH appreciated.

Can we get some pics of the build in case we can spot anything missing? CPU power is plugged in etc?

Assuming everything is assembled correctly, the next stage is to try it outside of the case to rule out shorts, followed by checking the PSU voltages with a multimeter. Maybe try clearing the cmos?
 
thanks for the response. i took it apart one thing at a time and got no joy. I checked the cpu was fir, and tried without the gpu.

Then flipped the case on its side, to remove the h80 rad... it looks like the second power cable to the mobo had been tugged during the fan installation. less than a mm of play but did push in slightly.

tried again and voila...

thanks again... apologies for cloggin the forum with a panic post. I'd delete it if i could!
