New build wont start up. *NEW PROBLEM*

Cut from update below:

okay so got it started.

now i have another problem. when it first starts the cd rom drive has power, as does the keyboard (saitek, so lights come on)
then it says there is a boot error and to insert the system disk and press enter, only problem is that then the cd rom drive and keyboard no longer have power...

Any ideas?

Okay so built my new system today and turned it on and nothing happens.

Motherboard gives off 3 beeps, one long and then 2 short beeps, not sure what this means though.
Also cant seem to get power to the 2 case fans...

Setup is below:

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)
Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Akasa Eclipse 62 Aluminium Case
Akasa AK-183-L2B Amber Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan

Thanks for any help.

When you start up the computer does the CPU fan spin at all? I had the same problem you are having when i first put together my rig and found out my CPU Fan wasn't as good as I thought when I bought it. :)
