New build won't start

Just out this together,

Asus P5K-VM
OCZ 2GB DDR2
3870 512mb
480w PSU
400GB WD HDD
Samsung DVD-RW
TT Lanbox

Pressing the power switch yeilds no results, however there is a green LED on, on the motherboard MB (manual says its SB_PWR).....

I've checked cables and they all seem to be in the right places so am not sure what to do next..

Tried moving RAM about but no change.

No fans spin nothing, just that little green light and No Signal on the monitor.

Ah! Just MB, CPU pls HSF with PSU and the it comes on. I'll start putting things in and see what happnes
