New build wont start!!

Hi guys, got the parts this morning for my i5 build and then build it, specs are as follows:

Intel Core i5 750 (LGA1156)
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 (1156)
G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz
OCZ ModStream Pro 500w
Samsung F3 500GB
Sapphire ATI HD 4350

When i power it up, the PSU fan and the one of the case fans spins very slowly, then stops, then spins again etc.

Any ideas what the roblem could be??

All power connectors in including 8 pin for cpu power.
RAM in the correct slots - did this on my i7 build, or try one stick at a time,
And do a trusty CMOS reset.

Maybe something is not connected properly?

Check ram & Cheack graphics card is in properly first.

The 12x2 from the PSU to the Mobo wasn't in fully. How embarrasing.

Installing Windows 7 x64 now. Though it seems to be taking an awful long time to 'load files'. Is this normal? I can always remember it being much faster

it does take a little while, just leave it going and if it isn't advanced in 30/40 mins, restart and try again
