New build worked great for a day, now it wont boot.

damn, I just finished a new build and I always let out a woop when it boots. Sorry to hear about your problems man. Looks like you have tried everything you can. Annoying that it worked sweet for a day and then has given you the finger!
 
Yea giving up after a day isn't cool! I could barely sleep the night before I got home due to excitement of getting this running ffs lol.

Smells like the mobo or CPU then :/ pure effort taking the mobo out.
 
Update - took the motherboard out and mounted on cardboard with nothing but 1 stick ram and psu - same symptoms.
Removed the CPU and booted after the 1st attempt and it done the exact same.
 
Nope they're all sound & I was careful not to over tighten, before and after I remounted the h80i. Ordered a z97 soc force this morning, would be wonderful if it arrived tomorrow morning to Northern Ireland lol -_-
