MSI K9N Neo-F nForce 550 (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-071-MS

Kingmax 512MB 240-Pin DIMM PC2-4300

AMD Sempron 2800 Socket AM2 (Manila) Processor

would this be a decent upgrade?
I plan to use the old gfx card and have a hard drive. How does this look to you guys?

How about a PD 805, Gigabyte GA 965P S3, and the cheapest PCI-e card you can dig up? It would get the job done and would be upgradeable to a C2D in case you want to go faster.

You are going to need a PCI graphics card in there but if you are not into games and that type of stuff you can just get a mobo with integrated graphics (GeForce 6100/6150). That will do.
