Dude tbh it would be cheaper for you to build it yourself you could get a c2d (core2duo), DS3, Geil RAM, decent GFX card etc for much less than that. Only problem is though, you would have to build it yourself and also you wouldn't be able to have the ability to upgrade to vista (you would have to buy vista yourself). Also the PSU seems like it may be unbranded, personally this is not a good thing as they tend to not be stable on all rails compared to their branded counterparts. I am assuming this is from a competitor (don't mention their name) and that it will be pre-built? Well, theres my opinion

I would recommend something like this, although the only thing you won't have is your operating system, although that is not expensive atm.....

This is still a good computer if not better than the one you have chosen, the only thing I have done differently is not included 2 optical drives (its only £20 extra for another) It is still identical but better imo, but remember there is no operating system......

EDIT: Actually just noticed I have added 2 DVD-RWs....
