New Build Spec help needed!!

I am thinking of building a new PC because my current system is dead on its legs i was thinking spending about £750 on the system wont be needing the
OS, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse.

I will be mainly using the system for programming, Photoshop and Cinema 4D.I will be waiting after the Intel price drops from what i heard on these forums. Also the hard drive needs to be at least 250gb and i will be planning to overclock the system.

If you don't need the graphics power he did (was gamer) you could drop the graphics card down for quad core + more memory.
