Hi I have been looking into building a new system SFF microATX

I mainly use my pc for:

*DVD Writing - DVDs and DL with nero, clonecd and clonedvd2.
*Windows media player
*Downloading
*No gaming, so onboard Graphics are fine
*Xbox360 (xbox live)

Hi I mainly just download films and xbox*** and use winrar, clonedvd and clonecd. I just really need a good system that is small for the living room that looks good and does the job quick enough for the next few years

I listen to music a lot so I wanted something that can handle me being on the net, listening to music and copying etc at the same time without a slow down if possible?

I assume you want a system spec, what is your budget if so?

Hi I would say around £350 :cool:

SFF microATX case + PSU
CPU
MicroATX Motherboard w/onboard graphics and sound
Hard drive (most prob samsung spinpoint 500Gb or 640Gb...)
Memory 2 - 4Gb
DVDrw

I have always used AMD but have noticed most people using Intel at the moment? I can up my purse a little for intel if need be and say an asus psk-vm which is the same price as the motherboard you have suggested?

Well currently AMD have the best onboard graphics stuff in the 780g - it's easily capable of HD playback, going an Intel route would probably require a dedicated low profile graphics card.
